Neil gained marketing experience with Ford Motor Company prior to entering the banking industry in 1978. Since then he has gained extensive experience in commercial banking including retail, corporate and international banking. Neil has specialised in investment banking since 1985.

Adrian Reeder (Managing Director)
Adrian gained managerial experience in the hotel and leisure industry prior to establishing an International Commodity Trading House in 1990.
Since then he has gained extensive experience in managing private equity investments and general lending.

Stephen Brown

Stephen gained lending experience as a business analyst at the Industrial Development Corporation before joining RMB Corvest in 1997 to commence a career in private equity.
